It was her blood making the roses from white to red. From that, the red rose became the symbol of love; the red color of flowers is the symbol of intense love.

1. Materials you need to prepare: red, pink, blue, yellow, white shrinkable paper making flowers; a pencil or a chopstick bending the petals; stick tape, scissors and glue or glue gun


2. Steps to make a rose by shrinkable paper

Step 1: Cut the petals in the shape of drops of water, leaves and flowers as shown below
You can also cut the sharp part of the petals, and should groove to create a hug for the petals

Step 2: For the each petals of different sizes, using a pencil or chopsticks to bend the two ends of the petal has a natural curvature.

Step 6: Cutting the calyx with green paper, and putting calyx into the flower.

Step 7: Attaching the leaves to the flowers, using green paper to cover the openings or using blue crayon to cover the steel bars for flowers.
